How it started

Driven by the belief that play is fundamental to learning, our journey began with a mission to enrich our living space. Intrigued by the play sofa concept, our initial purchase left us disappointed – the foam was a bit smelly, the cover lacked quality, and the zipper was already broken. Yet, the potential for inspiring creativity remained. Undeterred, we reimagined the existing play sofa form, leading to the development of the Whoppie Portal and ultimately a 14-piece design.

This expanded the canvas for imaginative adventures. Having established the final form, we embarked on a meticulous screening and review of material fabrics, foams, and zippers. Eventually, we selected high-quality components that would withstand anything that might occur during an adventure, providing a more enriching and reliable space for children's play and creative exploration.
